The Women’s Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) has released its first spring coaches poll.
In Division II, Dallas Baptist University claimed the No. 1 spot with all but two first-place votes. Dallas Baptist won all three of its fall tournament starts, and will kick off its spring March 1 at the Kiawah Island Classic.
Indianapolis trails closely behind at No. 2 after receiving the remaining votes. The Hounds also played three times in the fall and won all their starts. Indy will kick off the spring March 14 at the Emerald Coast Classic.
Limestone University sits at No. 3, while University of Findlay and Nova Southeastern University rank No. 4 and No. 5, respectively.
